is there a rank in halo 3 higher than general?

I saw a guy that was a brigadier general once and I was wondering if that was higher than general or something else completely.

nope general is the highest rank. i believe u need 5000 exp and a lvl 50 true skill. hope this helped. i think brigadier general is right below it.
