Im a grade 2 lieutenant. My Highest skIll is 14 and i have 109 exp. I need to get either a highest skill of 20 or 200 exp to get the next promotion. Sadly ive lost a bunch of experience from having to leave games once they start because of dinner and things like that. I heard i should play lone wolves alot. Any tips?
