need help with Halo 3?

Okay, im new and don't know a lot bout the xbox 360. I want to know how you can go onto halo
3 and FIND a server because the only way to play with other people is if i set up a server. I don't know how to find one. First best answer will be rated best answer...

You need xbox live. Not a "server". You play on Bungie server, there is no selection. The only thing you have to select is wether or not you wish to play Team Slayer, Lone Wolves, MLG, Team Swat ect.

Hello there, for the xbox 360 you don't need to find a server on Halo 3. Simply plug in your xbox turn it on and put Halo 3 in. Make sure you have connection to xbox live first. When Halo 3 loads up, click on Matchmaking and scroll through the different types of playlist, either ranked or social. Simply click start to start searching for players to pair you up against to automatically start playing against them on Halo 3 via xbox live! Have fun!
