Secret Halo 3 video?

I heard that if you beat Halo 3 on Legendary, there is a secret video in which Master Chief tells Cortana to freeze him in case she needs him to fight again someday, foreshadowing that there might be a Halo 4.

Does anyone know if this video exists, or is it just a rumor????
