I beat the Halo 3 campaign on Legendary solo and in co-op, should I get anything special? I also have all of the Skulls and the Katana (I have all the 'old' Achievements.

Yes. Once you beat Legendary with all skulls on, it should have a special message saying, "You have beaten Halo 3 on Legendary mode with all skulls on. YOU... ARE... A FAG!"
