Thunderstorm skull on halo 3 isnt there?

i went to second tower got off hornet and walked up to bridgey thingy yet its not there....on normal difficulty and started at begining and also at rally points

Hi, aslong as you start from the beginning of the level and arnt on easy, you should be sweet..

it's at the first tower. the one before you get out of the hornet and fight the hnters later on.
