wat do i do when i find a skull in halo 3?

you pick it up and wait about 5 seconds and it will unlock and achievement then you can put it down and go about playing the game. You can turn the the skull on in the campain lobby if your the party leader just press x.

if it is a gold skull and u dont have the achievemnet u will get in within about 10 seconds after picking it up with a silver skull u dont get any sign u may drop any of the skulls right after u pick it up to get the award but wen u r in the campaign menu press X and it will show all the skulls u have and the ones that r locked u can turn them on and get more of a challenge the silver skulls make it easier and funner and the gold ones make it more challenging
