ways to get Recon armour on halo 3?

i know that only bungie employees can get flaming recon but how do u get normal recon???

bungie employees get flame on whatever armour they want.

as for recon, nobody actually knows how to do it, the only person i know who has it is DigitalPh33r who asked for it for the infamous arby'n'the chief youtube series.

there are heaps of clans devoted to getting it so you could probably join one of them and help out

the best info i have is that apparently a bungie employee said it has something to do with the campaign level 'the covenant'
