They only run on windows though so if that is a problem for you, a pinnacle video capture for mac(http://www.amazon.com/Video-Capture-Mac-USB2-Hardware/dp/B000WR4BBU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1255401927&sr=1-1) is the best way to go.
