Who has recon armor for halo 3?

I would like a list of what people did to get recon armor. this is my list so far.
1. be a bungie employee
2. win a tornement for recon
3. kill youself with your own sniper bullet
4. kill yourself with a cone.

what other things did people do to get the armor

'Digitalph33r' got Recon armor for his work and Machinimas "Arby n the Chief" It wasn't just because of one episode though... Bungie happened to like Arby N The Chief and praised Digitalph33r for this and rewarded him with Recon Armor.

Roosterteeth would probably be able to get recon armor any time they liked too... Red VS Blue is a big hit. I don't see why they don't have it.

Also the people who won the valentines tournament. And someone got the 2nd most sticks in the world and got it apparently.

Also people who get in the bungie favorites quite a few times get it as well I heard.

Soon doing the vidmaster achievements gets you recon and if bungie likes what you do then they will give it to you.
