Xbox 360 arcade and HALO 3?

Ok i was wondering when you buy the xbox 360 arcade, does it come with xbox live??

and does it take anything special out like halo 3???

If you want to play xbox live then the arcades is a bad choice because it doesnt have a hard drive (99$-$199), a xbox live plug. Its not worth it. buy the 300$ one. Then you can play halo 24/7 like me.

halo 3 is worth the price.
