I bought an Xbox360 arcade about a month and a few weeks ago and I now want to get online and put myself to the test against all those big-time Halo players to see how good I really am, so I just have a few questions regarding Xbox360 Live.
Well, the game I want to play is Halo 3, and I'm just wondering what I need to buy from start to finish to get Live (Like the Ethernet Cables and that stuff) and an idea of how much it's going to cost.
I heard something about you not needing an ethernet cable if you have a wireless router, is that true? And if it is true explain your answer please. Is it true that there is a 1ish month free of online play if you're a Silver Member? I already know that somewhere Halo comes with a 48 hour free card thingy for Live but what about that 1 month thing?
I know I'm asking a lot but the pro-Xbox players should know ^_^
To Corma (Others may answer too):
You said something you recommend going wireless, but by going wireless, does that then mean I don't need to get the ethernet? Or is there a special cable used for wireless purposes?
Headset: Not required? Can you play other people that ARE using a headset if you aren't?
