are the halo 3 stats on xbox live be deleted?

im not sure what your asking, but if its if your halo3 stats get deleted off xbox live, they never do, as long as you keep the xbox live acount, gold or silver.

Stats, as in games played, kills, ranks, experience etc.? They have never been deleted, and probably never will be. The only way to delete them is to get a new XBL account, though if you do that you'd either have to start over on any other games you play online or pay for two memberships.
