Halo 3 skulls. No achievements?

In halo 3's campaign mode I have found every gold skull and I was going to get all the silver skulls to, I found three of them ( Blind, IWBHYD, Grunt Birthday Party ) but for some reason it seems that none of them have gave me an achievement.
Does anyone know why?
I, know it has to be on normal or above, I was trying to get the skulls in normal so that I didn't really have to worry about killing anything or about being killed

I don't think it depends on what mode you are in, but maybe you could try to collect them again in legendary, because I collected all of mine like that.
If you are already in legendary all I can suggest is collecting them all over again, sorry. :/

You /can/ collect them all over, I have done it before. XD
