I broke my Halo 3 disc, can I return it back to the store?

It says on the receipt that I can go back and buy an insurance of some sort. I bought it a K-mart less than 2 weeks ago they didn't ask for an I.D. though and I'm 15...and yesterday it broke because I moved the 360 while it was running... Am I screwed here?
you have to be over 17 to buy it, can I use that as a reason to why they should return it to me?is there any reason they would take it back?...thats shady i know but its $60!!!!!

no because they might hink u copied the Cd and broke it on purpose i m very sorry abt ur Cd umm next time be very careful

Contact customer service at the K-mart that you bought it from and ask for their return policy. Most stores will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. But if not, you might want to contact the company that made the game Bungie Studios customer support and see what they can do to help.
