You should definately lay it on its side, that way it is not standing and can tip over, as far as the games, you are going to have to repurchase them if you want them back

Perhaps you should position your Xbox in a way that it doesn't fall over. Is that really that difficult?

You should probably start by laying your xbox on its side so it doesn't fall over again. As for your disks, there is little you can do. Try looking on ebay or craigslist to see if anyone is selling these games. You can ususally get them for pretty cheap used.

Well, first I'll reiterate what everyone else already said: ...don't do that.

But there is small hope for you should you become desperate. Microsoft offers a disc replacement program for certain titles (including Halo). I think it costs like $20, but if you're desperate it's worth looking into

maybethe 30 day warrenty thing is still avaible otherwise u will have to buy a new 1 .happened to me twice with gta iv and got it free 3 times lol

if your discs are scratched, take them to blockbuster (uk) and they have a disc repair service there. or if not im sure any game store will have one
