User-Created Content in Halo 3?

Ok, my account doesn't let me play with the maps that my friends or I create.
I already went to family settings and allowed playing with user-created content, but it still doesn't allow it. Can anyone help???

Call xbox, just go to xbox.com and then you can find their phone number. Tell them about the problem and they can tell you what the issue is.
