Not as many people as there used to be but I believe there have been a lot more gamers introduced to Halo and have become addicted like the rest of us. Most people who started playing since Halo CE all the way through Halo 3, have gone onto play other games like COD4/WaW. However, me being one of those people, I'm starting to play H3 again. It's a great game to fall back on because you're always guaranteed a good time. I plan on playing all night tonight and I haven't done that in about a year. Halo 3 night is long overdue for me. It's only going to get more popular, which is hard to imagine, after Halo:ODST releases.
The game is a good buy/investment, and since new copies are still selling for like $40, you know it will hold its value unlike other games that have dropped down to the $10-$15 range. Halo 3 came out Sept. 2007 and it still costs $40. That's pretty good. Fanboys and haters say what you want, Halo is king on the 360.
