Do you think Gears of War 2 will be a lot better than Halo 3?

Many hardcore gamers are waiting for Halo 3 to come out this September release, since all the media hype it's been getting. In your opinion, do you think Gears of War 2 will be a lot better than Halo 3, and get a bigger hype?

gears of war is the coolest
shooting game i have ever played
better that the first 2 halos as for the
3rd well there no way too tell yet
i say yes it will be but only time
will tell halo 2 will come out
way before gears 2
