simply that they are saying the opponent's shields are down and you can kill them easily.

one hit can mean anything from killing someone whose shields haven't charged back yet, snipers taking off peoples heads, to campers with a shotty or with rockets just mauling everything that dares come near. It all depends on what you see and what they just killed their oppent with.
