Halo 3 Bungie Day Question?

Hey, I played the Bungie vs. World playlist yesterday and although i didn't get matched against bungie people they said that they would still select some people. So i was wondering if anyone knew how one would know if you were selected to win or not? Any advice will be appreciated

yes there were 52 people who got it i think but it sucked cause the only way to get prizes was to change ur location to america =[ i didnt no that till it was to late
