Halo 3: how to get videos off of fileshare onto computer?

well im trying to make a youtube vid, but i have no idea how to get my videos from halo 3 (which are on my fileshare) onto my computer desktop so i can make a video....

ne help?
the videos are already on my fileshare... i just donot know how to get it on my desktop.... =\
