Why does this game have so much hype? I got a 360 recently to play this game that so many people have said is amazing, and all i got was a slight upgrade of halo 2 but with sloppy gameplay, and bad online ¬¬'

the halo series is the most over rated series in history, its totally generic with nothing making it different from other shooters. Halo 1 was ok but no more than that, every game since then has gotten worse and worse
