Halo 3 Mythic maps part 2 cost?

I know that the mythic map pack part 2(heretic, citadel and longshire) aren't going to be released until odst comes put but does anyone know if they will also be dlc and if so will i have to pay seperate or will they be included with the original mythic map pack purchase

You will get them free of charge I believe if you purchase ODST, but I imagine the part 2 will be 800 points or microsoft will be UBER generous and say if you have pt1 Mythic DLC pt2 is free :)

Nothing has been confirmed though I don't think :)
