Halo 3 ODST second disc?

I preordering Halo ODST. So I want to sell my Halo 3 and CoD4 to preorder MW2. But first I need to know a few things about the second disc packaged in: Will I be able to use my custom games, films, and forge maps from Halo 3? Will it come with forge and theater? Will my halo 3 achievments carry over? Will all the armor I unlocked carry over? Will my elmblem and custom armor colors carry over? Will matchmaking be the same? Will the sword I have for getting 1000 points still be there? Thanks

I think it is all new. I think the multiplayer is the same, but a few new maps, it will not keep your maps, it will not keep you halo 3 multiplayer character, everything is new. But I could be wrong.
