Halo 3 online problem?

Once i enter the match making lobby i set up my game play it and when i go back to the lobby sometimes it will say
"Information could not be retrieved from X-box live"
or
"Some one is joining the game"
then i have to sign out and sign back in
and yes i have it selected to invite only
What gives?

Is your connection wireless? or directly hooked up to the router? whichever one you have, make sure you don't have a cell phone on in the same room because it causes problems with the internet. Other than that, that's pretty much all I can say
