halo 3 trueskill/matchmaking question?

if i have a trueskill of 10 in team slayer, and a trueskill of 4 in slayer, is that a total of 14?? or is it just 10??
wat i need to know this for is for the ranks. i need to be a level 10 it said to get lieteniut. if perhaps i had 4 and 6, would it count?

both different things i believe, if youre looking for a solo slayer group youre counted as a 4, but for a team youre seen as a 10

Stock Market Stand Outs!

I found this site http:// www.2009stockpicks.com and it has a homeland security type stock on it, can anyone tell me if it's any good or not? I know the market has been bad, but i think it might have bottomed out. looking for comments on this before I invest, there is a full video on the company and it looks sharp, Thoughts?
