halo 3 what sensitivity should i use?

i play on bumper jumper on 3 sensitivity. a lot of my friends play like on 5 and 6. i want to have a high enough sensitivity that i can turn around and kill people yet not have my crosshare things go from side to side wildly. what sensitivity would be good for me?

Just use the highest, it take some time to get used to it but it pays off
