How do I import a picture from Halo 3 (Xbox 360), to my computer but idk how!...

...HELP ME!? As i said, I have taken this picture in halo 3 on my xbox 360, but i want to import that picture from my xbox to my computer but unfortunately my xbox does not have any internet what so ever (if that is required) any help greatly appreciated
