I was wondering if i can play Halo 3 on Xbox Live with these speeds?

My Download speed is: 320Kbps
My Upload speed is: 128Kbps
I have Cable Broadband and i need to know if these speeds can play Halo 3 on Xbox Live and out of U.S. Servers?

My DSL is 10 times that download, and about 5 times that upload, and i have SBC in the northeast... To answer your question, ya, thats technically enough, but you will lag pretty bad on halo and everyone will hate you for lagging.
