is selling Halo Wars and Fallout 3 to Gamestop a good deal so i can get Left 4 Dead?

My friends are telling me to get it, today ill be renting it and if i really like it I'll sell Halo Wars and Fallout 3 to Gamestop... first off, would i have enough to buy left 4 dead with the credit given ( btw i do have the cases for each so i'll get extra cash )? Also is it plain worth it ( Yes! i do have xbox live for like 9 more months )? Lastly, tell me some pros and cons about Left 4 Dead. Ty!
Also just wanna say that I beat Fallout 3, got all achievements and all the guns and expansion packs and what not, and for Halo Wars got to mission 7 and just quit cuz its boring as hell.

Yes because halo wars and fallout 3 aint that good while left 4 dead is a great game and you can get alot of fun from playing it.
Pros - Good online and interesting campaign
Cons - short of levels

Just save up some money.

if you are knowing that you already passed the game and that you are bored of the game.
then yeah cause i heard left 4 dead is a pretty tight game.
pros-work with team mates, you can die and be revived up to 3 times.
teammates help you,you help team mates.
cons-not a good game to play in dark alone at night when no one is home.
