my boyfriend is kinda obsessed with halo 3!?

haha i cant seem to make myself believe that he just really likes the game and its not that he doesnt love me anymore, because i kno he still loves me but its just hard sometimes lol. i told him i dont mind if he play halo alot, as long as he finds time for me was that bad to say? and i would never threaten to breakup with him. how do i get through to him that sometimes its just too much and we are in our teens advice please?

My boyfriend and I had the same issue. Let him play for a while.. eventually he will either beat the game... lose the game.. or get bored with it. Trust me.. he still loves you. He just has to get it out of his system.

Never try to make a gamer chose between you and his game, you will lose. Eventually, he will get bored with the game and want to do something else. If you try to force him before he's ready to give it up though, you will just get into arguments about it. Ride it out, play with him when you can, but if you don't like the game, try to find something else to do, try to keep up with the game though, so when he talks to you about it, he won't think you are lame. I'm a "gamer",lol, so I kind of know how he feels.

Yeah, I know. I'm adicted to Yahoo Answers. He'll probably be like this until he beats the game.

You may need to come up with some other activities that are more interesting than Halo. (No, not sex, though I know that's what's on everybody's mind.) Tickets to a movie or concert. Go to someone's house to watch old movies. New club in town with a great band. If it takes food, fix something and tell him it's ready. When he puts the game down, you have him! Drag him away then because you'll never get another chance.
