Should Halo 3, Call of duty 4, and call of duty world at war be rated M..Read info?

Hey everyone lets see to begin with- To those people who want to post something saying "ooo you shouldnt be playing these games... we dont need kids playing" I know a lot of you proabably think like that and good for you thats awesome but i am mature for my age... trust me.. i get straight A's so im pretty aligned up in life... im 14 going on 15. The closest thing i play to these are call of duty 3.. and americas army special forces for the pc. This is rated T but i mean its modern day just like call of duty 4 and i also play combat arms (PC) and there is tons on blood and modern guns.

Lets see um i know the call of duty things are worse than halo because halo is...Aliens and not real people

Umm lets see all of my friends have it and i would be kinda disappointed if i couldnt. I Know there is some langauge but its nothing i dont hear at school and blood is nt too big of an issue i think. For my parents its the whole shooting idea they dont like.

Please tell me what you guys think and please dont post any crap about im too young and shouldnt be playing if u want to say i shouldnt say like it really should be rated M instead of saying im too young.

First of all i'm going to help you out because im 90 percent sure your trying to convince your mom of letting you get the games so first things first i'm 12 and i own them

okay halo 3: is just not that bad maybe a few cuss words a bit of blood(not much) i would rate it "T" and aliens are well "FAKE"

Okay Call of Duty 4: same as Halo but bit worse maybe a little more swears (Turn the volume down) but i would rate it in the middle.

okay call of world at war really bad cuss words blood galore BUT you can turn cuss words and blood off by going to the options menu and turning graphic content low

as a 14 year old going on 15 these should be a great buy (I had Halo 2 since i was like 10 halo 3 at 11 and cod4 and 5 at 12)

bottom line... yes
they should be rated M...
i play and love those games...
got a 360elite myself... but
simply do to simulated killing
of other people... blood...
stabbing... etc...
it should be rated M for mature...
however...
just because your 13ish doesn't
mean that you are not Mature
enough to know that it is only
a game. that in real life those
things are an abusrd thought
to even to be thinking of doing
in real life... that you know the
difference between right and
wrong... and... if you truly do
then play ahead! if you think
that killing people is cool...
and that you have ideas of maybe
using a gun "inappropriately" in real
life... then maybe you shouldn't play
those games quite yet.

hell, im one year younger than you and my parents just now stopped caring about M rated stuff unless its gta, but i do think cod world at war and cod 4 should be that rating because they are brutal games (especially world at war, shoot head off, super gory, first cut scene shows someones throat getting slit, ect.) Games like halo are not bad games, they barely have human killing reference and rarely has real blood. But if you ever have played something like duke nukem 3d, you would have second thoughts.
