tips for no scopes in halo 3?

I want to be able to be a very good sniper i'm good at everything else BR's and beating people down but i want to be able to do no scopes and really quick scopes.

So how do people do the really quick scopes and no scopes how do they aim for the head so quick especially with the guy moving around?

practice. practice makes perfect, but no body's perfect, so why try?

It really just is a lot of practice, but some good things to remember are to keep your crosshair at head height and adjust your aim by strafing with the left stick, not panning with the right stick.
