There was this program I tried out called Halo3CharacterMaker.rar and when I tried to download it, it kept looping through the window that says: What do you want to do with this file? Name: _________ Publisher: _________ Type: __________ then [open] [save] [cancel] matter what I did it always went through this loop… (Ill ad to/finish this part in 1st added detail) all I’m looking for is a program where I can customize a character and use him in the game Halo3
