What is and how do you "forge" whatever in Halo 3? Like how do you forge a hornet?

When you enter the forge its just like the multiplayer map but you can spawn items and move things around. Press up on the D-pad when you are the chief to become an oricle, then press X. When you do that a menu will pop up the gives you all the items you can spawn for ex. a scorpian tank or any other vehicle or weapon you can even spawn teleporters. Go up to items and press Y to pick them up and press A to hang on to the to move them around. You can even move the respawn points so that you have the advantage. Oh yeah and the hornet is on the vehicle menu towards the bottom i think...

forge is wher u can move and add things to each map and change the settings and how people mnove and ect and i dont know what a hornet is so i couldent help u there
