What is halo wars?

Is it an actual storyline game with a campaign or is it like just an online thing? Cus i've been lookin for it on ebay walmart amazon, but i can't find it. Or is it becus it hasn't come out yet? Yahoo says it was released jan.1 07

Yahoo! is wrong on this count. Recently shown at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Halo Wars is a Real Time Strategy offshoot of the Halo universe. the release date is to be decided according to xbox.com so it's not out yet, probably early 2008. As far as campaign goes, its just like LOTR battle for middle earth 2, which is like ur God and u control all ur little creatures and create vehicles and soldiers or in this case "spartans" it has online play as well. Probably going to be on Vista to which well be fun. Hope i helped
