Why do ppl like halo 3 ?

why do ppl like halo 3 its so boring and old looking yes ive been a big fan of FPS games for 10 years or so on the PC. And ive just got my xbox a few days ago but halo 3 for me is 1 of the worst FPS games ive ever played i hope the online is good because that what i brought it for.

Any 1 else out there think this game is juse over hyped?

I would love to hear an example of what you consider to be a good FPS. Since you are used to the computer, learning to play on a console takes some time and adjustment, but for modern FPS, Halo3 is one of the best on the market right now. Learn to play the campaign before you start jumping into online or you are going to get owned.

I totally agree. If you play call of duty that game is AMAZING compared to Halo. Halo should be rated E. It's a kids game with bad graphics, unrealistic everything, and boring gameplay. Call of Duty: Hardcore Mode. Most realistic game made.

Halo 3 is a good game... online will get very annouying once you start hearing the little 6 year olds screaming at the top of there lungs for no reason at all... If you play halo 3 enough it will get you into the game and at times will want you to throw your controller lol...Since your like new to Halo 3 more than likely you will get TONS of BS and get mad and stop playing it for a while but it just cures my boredom if there is nothing to do...

personally i love halo 3. the stoy line is pretty boring to be honest but the pvp gameplay is topnotch. maybe you just dont like the scifi genera.
