why does halo 3 lagg?

recently downloaded the heroic map pack and was watchin saving private ryan at the same time and after tht my connection to the halo 3 games themselves was bad for some reason i even turned off the modem for hours and deleted the map pack but it still laggs y?

you must have slow internet or a crappy connection
ditch the dial up and wooden computer

how are you connecting it? Is there anything new in the house which uses electricity? If your going wireless, that could effect it. If your using ethernet try using another cable, or another port on the router, have you hit your ISP monthly usage for download? after using your allocated usage, your internet will run slower. Try these, if still nothing, contact XBOX for the best advice!
