Xbox 360 Halo 3 doesnt work?

So I try to play multiplayer it brings me back to lobby.
And for campaign it fails to load.
What do I do??????????????????????

buy a new copy or check to see if your accounts still valid

well my friend had the same problem. He went to his memory and deleted everything about Halo he had on it, when he tried again it worked. Most people just buy a new disc though.
