Halo 3 : film/theatre trouble! Can you help?

Okey, here's the dealio. In theatre mode I cannot : 1) Take screen shots (of my film) 2) forward my film 3) Record clips...

What should I do!? (I hate asking Questions lose points...)

1st) Make sure when you are trying to record or do other things in theatre that your the only one signed in to your 360
2nd)Press the right trigger to make you films speed up (if it isnt the right trigger try the bumper and if that doesnt ork do tha same for the left side)
3rd)Make sure your film is paused when try to take screen shots
4th)Make sure you can get the small action bar to come up and control you film
