Halo 3 - How to View in Third Person?

I know its not possible to View in third person... but then how do people make Videos of themselves playing in Third Person?

Because there HAS to be a way if thats possible

when you make a video you can replay it in 3rd person. not PLAY it in 3rd person. You can adjust the camera all around when mking a recording in game, actually.
