Halo 3 maps won't Load. HELP!?

I have just brought Halo 3 for my Xbox 360 and none of the maps wont load. I've cleared the cache and they still dont work. What can I do?

if your talking about the dlc map packs then you need to go to custom games and select map right when you get on halo 3

if not i dont know what to tell you
