halo 3 tips on how to get to general?

my highest skill is 43 and its pretty much gonna stay there cuz i lose all the time. anyone got any tips for me?

It depends on what game type your highest skill is in. If it's Lone Wolves, I really have no tips for you because you're a one man team in that game-mode so you basically have to be good. What I would suggest in Lone Wolves is step back and get in the middle of fights when you think one of the guys are about to die and just steal kills. That's the best I can suggest. With any other game mode just grab a friend that you kno that is really good at Halo and can co-operate with you.
