How can I get my Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack onto a different profile?

So I've recently bought a new Xbox Live profile and I was hoping to get the legendary map pack onto the new profile,as I do not want to pay the fee again. Now the maps themselves are currently on the hardrive, but on my old Live account (which is still valid). What I attempted to do was start a custom game on the old account (on blackout, ghosttown or avalanche), save the game, exit to lobby, and log onto my new lve account.

Now this is where it gets strange. I can get back into one of the three maps from the lobby by starting the game, however when I go to choose a new map, none of the legendary maps are there.

I know it's possible to do, I just don't know how...any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

If it is already on the hard drive then all the accounts currently on the Xbox 360 can play it. It doesn't matter if you make a new one. It saves on all the profiles, old or no. Usually the maps don't show up when you sign in, you have to go to the tab where you pick the maps, it should Load Saved Files. If it doesn't try restarting your 360.
I know if you purchase and download the maps, all accounts can play it. I have 3 XBL gamertags that can play on the maps, and I only bought the pack once.
