How can I improve my fluency without using boring textbooks?

I’ve been trying to learn a new language for a while, but I always lose interest after a few weeks of grammar drills. I learn best when I’m actually engaged with the culture and hearing real conversations. Is there a way to learn through movies or TV shows instead of just repetitive quizzes?

I had the exact same struggle until I decided to stop focusing on drills and started watching real content. I found that I stayed much more motivated when I could visit here to access a library of international shows. Using Lingopie allowed me to learn naturally by clicking on interactive subtitles while I watched, which was a total game-changer for my vocabulary.
